It is indeed a very unique stye, of strumming and finger picking.
I do know, he follows the notes he picks out, very carefully.
On some songs his Guitar playing has developed over the years. Songs such as , ” Sweet Baby James” and the chords in this song.
The only thing is, I cannot see him play them so clear, and this makes the sound ( to me ) of two Guitars at times.

I’ve managed to learn a few of his songs, but he has such a unique style of chording… he’s at least as amazing of a guitarist as he is a singer and songwriter….. the best of our time!
James Taylor is … James Taylor is amazing. He is one of a kind. His singing is always crystal clear as his words are always so clear, crisp and easy to understand. What a legend this guy is. The people of the Berkshires really LOVE this guy. His concerts are always sold out. Thanks for posting this.
