and I don’t think … and I don’t think the answers our forbidden our we should have our noses planted on the bible or on a church pew it’s just I think the point of human existence is to always question. I mean when we are children we as our parents really stupid questions like why’s the sky blue…..what time is it…..are we there yet….but are those questions really forbidden to ask. NEVER STOP QUESTIONING EVEN WHEN YOUR OVER 30. Maybe the youth under 30 will learn to trust us again.
I don’t know what … I don’t know what the answer is and I don’t think anyone else has all the answers and you know you could live in fear and wrestle with it to the point you get your self locked into the mental ward in a hospital. I think the best way is to live according to your heart follow your heart and know one else and the answers might appear to be contradictory or they might well be contradictory and it’s not that the answers are forbidden for us
and I got to … and I got to thinking about it after watching contact and you know it really would be just a waste of space for it to be just completely us. Science has it’s limitations I grant that in everyones arguments, but so does religion have it’s limitations too. Science can become dogmatic. So can religion. The thing is the universe is a big complex system and our small limited minds has not gotten to the point that it could or can completely grasp the whole.
so why don’t we do … so why don’t we do like in Battlestar Galactica and just leave. find a planet similar to ours and make colonies and do like in Star Trek and explore the final frontier. wouldn’t it break the cycle.
so why don’t we … so why don’t we leave this planet thus ending the cycle. It’s so illogical I have developed such a distaste of religion. Now I’m not saying that I don’t believe in god. It’s just we seem to be going back into the hyper-religious dogmatic cycle which history has shown has been just as bad as being completely irreligious. I’m not going to church bash but whatever has happened to healthy scientific skepticism. I just think this is religion’s last grasp for the control of mankind.
if they created us … if they created us then who created them then the question will be automatically repeated untill we reach god and after that we will know the truth
if we can send … if we can send particel back to the future now, there’s definatly a way to travel back and forth to time and come back to tell the story right?
