How to lose weight quickly and effortlessly? I’m in the healthy weight range, but my BMI is really close to being overweight. i want to lose a few pounds so I can be 18.5-19 BMI range.

The only thing that’ll help you remove fat is cardio or liposuction. Not diet pills not any type of fad diet. No supplement you take will make you burn fat. None of those sauna belts you need to get off your ass and exercise and eat properly, as much as you don’t want to hear it, it’s the only thing that’ll work besides some type of surgery. References :
Any answer with "effortless" in it only belongs on an info-mercial. And we both know those are crap. I think you shouldn’t look to losing weight to change your BMI. You say you are in healthy weight range….so stay there. I think you should do some weight training to turn some of that flab to muscle. Your body image and feel will change for the better and your weight could very well stay the same. But, it’s all about what your body is made up of….not just how much it weighs. Look at some pro athletes. They may be 50lbs "over weight"… but they are rock hard slabs of muscle so it’s not a big deal.
As with most important things in life…."change for the better" and "effortless" will never go together.

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.
