There is an amazing book called "He and I," by Gabrielle Bossis. It is conversations Jesus had with Gabrielle internally, just like what happens with us when we really listen for Him. It made me so much closer to Jesus, because it shows just how personally and deeply He loves each one of us, and how understanding He is of our weaknesses. He wants our love so badly, it amazes me! I cried several times while reading it, because I couldn’t believe He really loves us that much.
The books that contain the spoken words of the Christ Jesus, these are the books that make up the New Testament and they are;
The gospels (good news) as spoken by Jesus the Christ according Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Thomas, the Spirit of Truth, Revelation, and Daniel (Matthew 24:15)
These books are they only books authorized by Jesus Christ. What makes these books different than every other book in the bible is the fact that more than 80 percent of the written words are direct quotes of words that Jesus himself spoke.
If you examine all the other books in the bible, none of the words are attributed to the words spoken directly by the Christ Jesus except two chapters, and they are known by the annoucement "the word of God"
The exact phrase "the word of God" only appears twice (2) within all of the Old Testament. FIND THEM.
In Matthew 24:15 Jesus Himself tells you to read the book of Daniel, within all of the words of Jesus He never tells you to read any other book in the Old Testament, except the 77 prophecies written in the laws of Moses, written by the prophets and in psalms CONCERNING Jesus, only.
If you want to get closer to God the Father, determine how many commandments did Jesus speak to us within His Gospel (Good News) and obey each and every one of them.
If you do this Jesus will manifest Himself (the true meaning of the words He spoke) unto you, and if you except those words as truth and do as they say, he will reveal more to you over a period of 3 years, until all the mysteries of heaven and earth have been revealed to you. References :
